Hi. Sonoko.

I missed the Wagashi workshops this past November 19th. I have been trying everything, besides taking a flight to Tokyo to learn. I was wondering, if you know any local workshops in L.A? or any upcoming events for wagashi? I have been buying books from tokyo but cant read them and trying to learn at home the best i can. But i don't know how to get wagashi tools. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Sonoko, I invite you to be our friend. We love the japanese cuisine and our favorite restaurant is Todai. We love sushi and IO would like to experioment with SOBA.
According the actor Gael Garcia Bernal you are the best of the best in SOBA. Please, let me know your suggestions about Soba and where in LA we can find the best.
