The journey is a long one when it comes to soba but Tsukiji is a definitely good place to start.

Dear Sonoko, thank you for posting about your experiences at Tsukiji and learning to make soba. Like you, I am passionate about soba and hope one day to be able to make delicious soba by hand. The professional course at Tsukiji certainly is a big financial commitment; I hope to be able to afford it, and enrol there some day. I look forward to reading more about your journey!
